Dr. Harle has been in private dental practice for 24 years. He started his dental career in New Hampshire, USA before moving home to Pembroke. He earned his Honors Bachelor of Science degree in physiology and pharmacology from University of Western Ontario and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Detroit. Following this, he completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and The Children's Hospital in Denver Colorado, where he attained fellowship with the American Association of Hospital Dentistry.
Dr. Harle is the past Chief of Dentistry at Pembroke Regional Hospital where he continues to hold staff privileges. Dr. Harle is also past president of the Renfrew County Dental Society and presently represents the Renfrew County Dental Society by sitting on the Ontario Dental Association's General Council.

Dr. Suralvo has been in private practice since 2006. After completing three years of an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology at the University of Windsor, Dr. Suralvo was accepted into dental school.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and also completed the Periodontal Clerkship Program upon graduation.

In light of the spread of COVID-19, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario has advised us against performing non-essential treatment for our patients. As campaigners of a healthy individual and a healthy society, Dr. Harle and his team have agreed that a significantly reduced schedule of only emergency dentistry will be maintained at our office between now and May 31st.
If you have an appointment scheduled with us between now and May 31st we will have to reschedule it. When we are able to resume our normal practice functions we will contact you to do so.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency, call Jasia at 613 635 4848 and she will call you back at her earliest opportunity. We are answering phone calls Monday through Thursday between 8am and 4pm.
